Plan Administrators

As a plan administrator, you can find information that will
help you navigate your way through open enrollment and beyond.

Plan Administrators

The MyBenefitChoice (MBC) HR interface is your tool to access the information in the Milliman MBC system. It provides direct access to an employee’s enrollment information without going through the participant enrollment website. The HR interface also has robust reporting tools for you to summarize and report on your benefits data.

The MBC system gives you quick access to the census, benefit and dependent election records, source of election (employee, HR, or system), election date and time, and beneficiary information.

To access the MBC system, go to live.mybenefitchoice.com/HRInterface.

The MBC HR Interface User Guide for Plan Administrators

The MBC HR Interface User Guide teaches you how to use the MBC system, with step-by-step instructions for completing many processes.

Access the 2024 MBC HR Interface User Guide.
