While most companies are in business primarily to make a profit, Eder Health and Life Benefits is a not-for-profit provider that exists to offer quality health insurance for its members. Staff members work hard at forming positive customer relationships so that members do not feel like a number or statistic.
Pastors are eligible for dental, vision, life, pet, long- and short-term disability, and accidental death and dismemberment insurance through Eder Health and Life Benefits.
While Eder Financial offers an array of ancillary insurance products to pastors and church employees who work 16 hours a week or more, Annual Conference delegates discontinued group medical plan coverage for the Ministers’ Group in 2007. Today, medical coverage through Eder Financial is only available to affiliated employer groups.
