Circle of Peace is a vibrant, growing congregation in Peoria, Ariz., a suburb of Phoenix. They are presently in the middle of an ambitious building program.

Their present building is beautiful, but way too small, and it does not yet have a proper sanctuary. They worship by opening up four interconnecting church school rooms to cram in a few over 100 chairs. They have actually had people walk in and walk back out of worship because of their crowded space. So, space is crucial — in 2024 alone they have had 180 first-time visitors. In addition, the building plans include a nursery, a café/foyer, a covered outdoor patio space for outdoor worship, and a central Spanish-style courtyard.

Circle of Peace began the $5 million-plus building program with a $250,000 gift from a megachurch that decided to help worthy local congregations. Pacific Southwest District has been visionary about mission reinvestment and has given large assistance from funds placed in the organizational investing program of Eder Financial. With income from all sources, part of which is a loan, they are $4.5 million toward their goal. The plan was to take two years for the construction, but it is far ahead of schedule and will be completed in one year, so their fundraising has been pushed forward also.

In this process they have placed funds in the organizational investing program of Eder Financial. Pastor Jeremy Ashworth said, “We could not do what we are doing without the support of our denominational family and that includes the folks at Eder financial.”

Pastor Jeremy likes to talk about vision and provision. “If you have vision without provision, the practical resources that help you reach that goal, then the dream dissipates,” Ashworth said. Eder is pleased to be on the “provision” side of the plans of Circle of Peace.
