Eder Financial encourages eligible employees working 16 or more hours per week, including bi-vocational pastors, to take advantage of its 2027 Open Enrollment period, taking place November 9-20, 2026. Open Enrollment is the annual opportunity for eligible pastors and staff members of congregations, districts, and camps to enroll in or update insurance coverage.

Participants can receive a basic life insurance policy from Eder Financial at no cost when they purchase any other insurance product.

"Our goal is to provide affordable benefits that support those who dedicate their lives to ministry and service," said Precious Earley, Public Relations Director at Eder Financial. "We want to help as many ministry workers as possible secure coverage for their families."

During Open Enrollment, eligible employees may enroll in a variety of insurance options, including life, long- and short-term disability, dental, vision, accident, and critical illness coverage. Current participants who wish to keep their existing coverage do not need to re-enroll but are encouraged to review and update their information through the Health & Life Benefits member portal before Open Enrollment begins.
